    Hair & Beauty Canada ships anywhere in Canada, USA and worldwide.We offer flat fee shipping rates to make shipping cost less for our shoppers. The best thing about thing about flat rate shipping so no matter how many items you order - -you only pay one low rate! For a simple flat fee, have your orders delivered right to your home or office. To view shipping rates, you may view them as you go through check out before you place your order. Express and priority shipping is available upon your request. Simply select your desired shipping method at check out.

    Prices & Types

    We offer free shipping based on sales promotions and order amounts for our Canadian customers.

    Basic shipping rates are between $10 - 16 based on location and anywhere between $20 - 40 for express shipping options based on location. 

    Shipping Providers

    The shipping companies we use are UPS, Canada Post and FedEx Canada. Please note UPS and FedEX cannot deliver to a PO Box so please specify a physical delivery address for shipping or if you live in a rural location, contact us ahead of time so that we can prearrange Canada Post for you as they do deliver to post boxes across Canada.

    Delivery times & how we process orders

    Hair & Beauty Canada is exclusively an online based company. Order delivery times are based on the shipping method you have selected at checkout. Options available for most products is 3-5 days, 7-10 days and 7-14 days. Note, that business days do not include weekends and holidays. Free shipping is always 7-14 days delivery.

    If you have not received a shipment confirmation within the delivery date, please do not be alarmed. We do not always receive tracking numbers from the warehouse upon shipment and many times tracking is update after the order has already left the warehouse as our aim is to get orders to you as fast as possible. In addition to this, it is not uncommon for you to receive items in multiple shipments. Why? We do this to get your items to you sooner. We ship the alternate items to you at our cost and no expense to you. 

    We can assure that your order will be delivered by the delivery end date time as scheduled and selected by you. If you selected 14 days shipping, please do not contact us about shipping until the 14th day has passed, and express shipping, please do not contact us before the 5th day has passed. *We encourage you to ensure that you select the appropriate shipping times if you need your items sooner. Again, please go by delivery date,nothing before then.

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world however extra charges may apply when shipping to international destinations. If you would like to know the cost of shipping, please email us before you place your order so we can search the best rate and shipping provider for your location.
